We also screen against the Fundraising Preference Service to ensure we do not contact people who do not wish to be contacted in this way.

Migraine Action’s privacy policy has been revised in light of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that comes into force on 25th May, 2018.  We contact members and supporters under the GDPR headings of consent i.e. you have consented to allowing us to process your data; and legitimate interests i.e. the use of your data that is necessary or reasonably to be expected as you are a member of the charity e.g. sending you information on the developments in treating migraine.  If you wish to amend your contact preferences at any time please email or call 08456 011 033 and let us know.
