Migraine and pregnancy
Migraine Information Leaflet: Migraine and pregnancy
Many women find that during pregnancy their migraines seem to improve. Research suggests that if you normally get menstrual migraine there is a 60 - 70% chance that you will have few or no migraines. Your chances of being migraine free are increased even further to 80%, if you normally suffer from migraine without aura. Migraine without aura is often associated with falling oestrogen levels which help explain the improvement in pregnancy.
The leaflet is available as a PDF download, or we can print and post an A5 leaflet for you.
