Take control of your migraine in the New Year by attending an education day

Migraine Action will be running a series of education days in 2010 for migraineurs and their family members.
These informal and friendly events aim to help people with migraine learn from leading experts in the field, pick up lots of practical tips on managing their condition, and also give lots of opportunity to share experiences with others who understanding how debilitating migraine can be.
These events, which take place on a Saturday, include morning talks with the opportunity to ask questions, and a choice of interactive workshops in the afternoon.
There is a nominal charge of £10.00 for each event, which includes refreshments and lunch.
