Our events are for everyone
At Migraine Action we believe that the best way for you to learn and share information about migraine, is at a place where you can meet other migraineurs who truly understand your experiences. Our events and exhibitions provide just that!
There are migraine education days, support group meetings, fundraising events and public events and exhibitions - bringing migraineurs together. Please click on the map below for events and exhibitions in your area, or read on to select the right event for you.
Migraine education days
Our migraine education days are held all over the UK: Gloucester, Oxford and Leeds to name a few. Aside from our individual meetings, we also collaborate with The Migraine Trust to bring you "Tackling Migraine Together" meetings.

Support group meetings
A good way of finding help is to join a local support group. Perhaps come along to discover new information, volunteer your help or, if there are no groups currently running in your area, why not set one up? Click here to learn more.
Fundraising events
Fundraising is a huge part of Migraine Action as the funds from multiple events allow us to encourage and support research into migraine, its causes, diagnosis and treatment. Click here to find out what is happening.
Public events and exhibitions
Ever heard of the Primary Care Exhibition? What about the Allergy and Gluten Free Show or the Vitality Show? Migraine Action exhibits at national exhibitions, spreading the word and raising awareness. We would love to meet and speak to you in person. Click here for further information.
