Association sponsors weekend medical discussion sessions for doctors at Bournemouth.

Sponsorship of Weekend Discussion Session at Bournemouth for senior consultants.

Migraine and Manipulation Symposium at the Wellcome Foundation.

Association sponsors relaxation classes held at the National Hospital, London.

Association sponsors one day Migraine Symposium at St. Bartholomew's Hospital.

Danish Migraine Association sponsors an International Migraine Symposium at Elsinore.

Migraine lobby is reactivated in parliament after a lapse of 10 years and receives support from members of both houses.

Migraine symposia at Charing Cross, Ware and Norwich.

Wander Pharmaceuticals conducts the largest ever migraine survey with 3548 sufferers interviewed at 60 different locations throughout the U.K.

Second International Headache Society Congress held in Copenhagen.

Third Congress of the International Headache Society held.

First ever day conference for migraine sufferers Making Headway held at Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre, London.

Representatives of World Headache Alliance and International Headache Society meet with representatives of the World Health Organisation in Geneva to discuss the global burden of headache.

Headache World 2000: International Headache Conference which for the first time had a patient track running alongside the scientific track.
