The City of London Migraine Clinic is a research centre and outpatient service for people with migraine and other headaches. They have more than 25 years of experience in solving headaches.
Organisation for the Understanding of Cluster Headache (UK)
OUCH offer support and guidance to sufferers of cluster headache and their families and work closely with the Institute of Neurology in London where their Patron, Professor Peter Goadsby, runs the Headache Group.
Headache UK
This umbrella organisation of the five leading charities in the UK devoted to headache and migraine aims to achieve recognition of chronic headaches as a major public health problem. The group promotes understanding of the significant impact headaches can have on the lives of people with these chronic conditions and tries to ensure speedy diagnosis and quality management for people who live with chronic headaches.
National Voices
National Voices work for people with long-term health conditions and it is the umbrella body for national voluntary organisations in the UK working to meet the needs of these people
Migraine in Primary Care Advisors (MiPCA)
MIPCA is an independent charity working through research and education to set standards for the care of headache sufferers. MIPCA is a group of physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals dedicated to the improvement of headache management in primary care.

The Migraine Trust is the UK's leading medical research charity for the condition. The Trust is committed to supporting sufferers and their families by funding and promoting research, improving diagnosis and treatment, providing information and raising awareness of migraine as a significant public health problem.
World Headache Alliance (WHA)
The World Headache Alliance was founded to reduce the burden of headache disorders throughout the world, in particular, by sharing information among headache organisations and by increasing the awareness and understanding of headache as a public health concern with profound social and economic impact.
