Help
The management team at Migraine Action is directly responsible to the Committee, and manages the day to day running of the charity. They are in charge of undertaking market research, fundraising, organising resources and setting out our budgetary requirements.
The management team set out and implement the short term plans, long term plans and objectives of the charity. They also meet regularly with the trustees to consider items for strategic development and operational management, and review financial and performance objectives.
