The Allergy & Gluten Free Show is the event for people with asthma, eczema, sensitive skin, hay fever, chemical sensitivities, food intolerance, allergies and coeliac disease. It's the place to go to find:
We know from our members that diet and certain foods can be a factor in triggering migraine attacks; this may be caused by a food intolerance. It is estimated that 12 million people are living with a food intolerance, which is a delayed response to certain foods which can culminate in a range of symptoms. (This is not to be confused with a full-blown allergy to a food, which will provoke a strong immediate reaction, and is commonly caused by foods such as nuts and shellfish). Migraineurs can often react to more than one food, which means it can be a challenge to identify which foods are causing problems, and subsequently eliminating them from your diet.
Migraine Action is exhibiting at The Allergy & Gluten Free Show so come along to stand 81 to have a chat about your migraine and to get further information.
The exhibition is being held from 21st - 23rd May 2010 at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in West Kensington, London. We have a limited number of FREE tickets to give away to our members so please visit www.allergyshow.co.uk/go/migraineaction to request yours.
