The Committee Members
The trustees are responsible for the governance of the charity and have a director reporting to them who is responsible for the management of the charity. They are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the constitution are complied with, and that the objectives of the charity are pursued.
They set the strategic direction and overall policy of the organisation; ensuring that agreed targets and performance objectives are evaluated, and that our performance criteria are applied. The trustees seek to ensure the good name and value of the charity are safeguarded, and the charity's future is secured in terms of its financial stability and application of resources.
