Your legacy or gift helps us to secure our future so that we can continue to support those affected by migraine.

There is no cure for migraine. The World Health Organisation has identified migraine as one of the top 20 debilitating conditions. It continues to affect men, women and children throughout the U.K.

We need £250,000 per year to continue our work.

Please consider us for a gift or legacy so that we can provide support for years to come.

How to leave a legacy

Whatever your age or circumstances, the importance of having an up-to-date will shouldn't be underestimated. Having a will means that you can ensure you provide for the people and causes that you most care about and have control over who benefits from your estate.

If you haven't made a will yet or your current will was made some time ago, don't put it off any longer. Making a will is easy, and updating is even easier. Without a will the law decides how your estate is distributed; this is done according to standard rules, which means that your intentions will not be taken into account and loved ones may not receive anything.

More than 9,000,000 people in the UK are affected by migraine with more than 100,000 people missing work or school every day.

Many people would like to leave a legacy to Migraine Action but do not get round to it. Your legacy can provide support, hope and help to a future generation of migraineurs.

In memory giving

In memory giving allows family and friends to celebrate the life of a loved one by donating to a cause close to their heart.

Funeral collections - if you are arranging a funeral or memorial service for a loved one, you may wish to ask friends or relatives to donate to Migraine Action instead of buying flowers. Funeral Directors are experienced at arranging in-memory giving and will help with the organisation.

One off in memory gifts - if you would like to make a gift in memory of someone special you can do so by downloading our in memory giving form and sending it to us with your donation.
